Can children use the Spa facilities and treatments?
Due to safety and health considerations, the Borneo Spa is only to be used by people over the age of 16 years.

Is there an area for smokers?
The Borneo Spa is a non-smoking area. You may wish to smoke in the area adjacent to the Reception.

What about my jewellery and valuables?
Safe deposit boxes are available at the Borneo Spa. If you need to keep any valuables in the safe deposit box, please request from our Guest Service Assistants.

What food and drink items are available in the spa?
The Borneo Spa has its own beverage and food menu. No alcoholic beverages and outside food/beverages are allowed.

Should I make reservations for the service (massage and treatments)?
Yes, either phone or visit the Borneo Spa Reception to make an appointment for a particular service at your earliest convenience so we can accommodate your schedule. A 50% charge shall be imposed on cancellations of less than 6 hours prior to appointments and for no show.

When should I arrive for the treatments?
Please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time to enjoy the facilities in the Borneo Spa.

What if I am late for my appointment?
Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed.

What if I have special health considerations?
Please notify our Spa Manager, Guest Service Associates or the Therapist before making your appointment if you have high blood pressure, allergies, other physical ailments, disabilities or if you are pregnant. We recommend that alcohol not be consumed before, during or immediately after your spa treatments.
