Nexus Resort appoints new Director of F&B

Nexus Resort Karambunai is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Michael J. Strobl as its new Director of Food and Beverage.

Mr Strobl joins the resort with more than 30 years experience in the hotel industry having worked in most of the operational departments in Food & Beverage, especially in culinary. He is a holder of 1 Silver Medal of London Hilton Park Lane Culinary Salon, 1 Gold Medal of International Culinary Salon German Masters Chefs on Parade Bavaria and 1 Gold Medal of Culinary Salon Philippines Chefs Association and Exhibitions in Singapore.

He has worked in the most varied environments and with the most varied cultural background such as Abu Dhabi, Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Kuwait, Germany and Eastern European countries as Executive Chef and Director of Food & Beverage. His solid background in food and beverage management for the hotels he has worked in will us in good stead in bringing up the standards of all the outlets.
