Nexus Resort Presents Hari Raya Cake at Istana

Nexus Resort presented a confection of fruit cake covered in chocolate flowers and a beautiful 3-tier chocolate sculptor of ketupat and pelita to TYT Tun Datuk Seri Panglima Haji Ahmadshah bin Abdullah and his wife, Toh Puan Hajah Dayang Masuyah, at the Istana today. The Nexus culinary team, led by Executive Chef Volkmar Ertel, used 20kg of chocolate to decorate the 80kg fruit cake and it took about 1 week to complete the entire Hari Raya cake presentation. Also present at the Istana was Executive Assistant Manager, Mr Albert Jan Vasseur and Front Office Manager, Mr Albert Chew.
