Olives at Nexus Resort unveils new menu

Olives Mediterranean Restaurant at Nexus Resort Karambunai is proud to present its exciting new menu that will titillate the palate and take you on a gastronomic adventure of exquisite flavours.

Rated as one of Malaysia’s best restaurants several years in a row by high society magazine, Malaysia Tatler, Olives will enchant diners with its superb Mediterranean cuisine, elegant setting and selection of fine wines from all over the world.

Olives is located on the ground floor with a cozy and relaxing interior décor to enhance your dining experience. The charcoal drawing on its feature wall adds to the provincial yet elegantly simple ambience with its depiction of undulating hills, vineyards and rustic village houses.

Quality ingredients, expertise and an exceptional menu make Olives the quintessential choice for fine dining in Kota Kinabalu. Executive Chef Volkmar Ertel joined Nexus Resort in 2008 and brings with him 29 years of experience. He uses the finest and freshest local and international produce to capture the unique flavours of seafood, meat and vegetables.
Sous Chef Desmond Chin helms the Olives kitchen staff and continuously works towards improving the quality, creativity and presentation of the restaurant’s dishes.

Olives can seat up to 48 persons comfortably and is an ideal setting for a romantic dinner for two or an intimate gathering of friends.

The restaurant opens from 6.30pm – 10.30pm for dinner from Monday to Sunday.
