Nexus Resort Karambunai, Sabah, Malaysian Borneo

Nexus Resort Karambunai has translated its Room Compendium to cater to its growing numbers of Chinese-speaking guests.

The 12-page compendium is written in simplified Chinese and provides essential information on the services and facilities available at Nexus Resort. As arrivals from China continue to show encouraging growth, providing an easy-to-read and informative guide to the resort will help guests be more familiar with what they can do and enjoy at the resort during their holiday.

According to Mr Brendan Wong, the resort’s Director of Sales and Marketing, this project is only the start to efforts to enhance communication and information dissemination among our guests and resort staff. “We want to put make all our guests feel right at home here at the Nexus, and providing a list of services and facilities in a language our guests understand is always the right step. We will also be translating our compendium into other languages of our multi-national guests very soon.”

The compendium is distributed throughout the 485-room resort which includes its Ocean Wing Deluxe rooms, Borneo Wing Deluxe rooms, Nexus Club suites and villas.
