Team Eco Labuan confident of doing well

Team Eco Labuan is confident of a good outing in the Nexus Resort Karambunai Sabah Open Dart Championship 2008 at the Grand Buntunggan Ballroom of Nexus Resort from November 28 – 30.

They were the team champion of the DBKK Dart International Sabah 2008 held in March this year and will be among the favourites as they have the experience to compete against the best.

The team is led by accomplished darter Sanga Ismail who has had a pretty good competition year to date. He emerged champion in the Brunei Double Master 2008 with Jamal Jinin, defeated Keshmindar Singh from Madhouse Team to win the single event at the Penang Bullshooter and grabbed the silver medal in the Double Open Asia Pacific Cup in New Zealand with Selberaju Subramaniam.

There will be four teams from Labuan participating at the Nexus Resort Sabah Open which will be offering a total of RM26,000 in cash prizes.

The main sponsor for the event is Carlsberg Malaysia. The winner in the Team Event will walk away with the top cash prize of RM10,000, the Men Single with RM1,500 and the Ladies Single with RM1,200.
